Job Description

The Global Head of Learning and Development at Kraken is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that support onboarding, cultural immersion, leadership growth, and specialized training to foster a skilled and aligned global team in the energy technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning solutions for onboarding, cultural immersion, leadership development, and discipline-specific training

Requirements

Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions that support team onboarding, deep cultural immersion, leadership development, and discipline-specific training pathways.
Experience leading global learning and development initiatives at an organizational or executive level.
Strong understanding of technology-enabled learning methods and tools.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across multiple regions and cultures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various teams and leadership levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
Experience in creating innovative and effective training pathways tailored to different disciplines and organizational needs.
