Job Description
A Customer Success Engineer at Kraken is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, diagnosing issues within energy management applications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value, all while supporting the company's mission to create a sustainable, smart energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer cases by answering queries and diagnosing issues within applications
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems
- Collaborate with development teams to address customer requests and issues
- Deep dive into applications and physical infrastructure to troubleshoot problems
- Switch between agile software development and real-world project environments
Requirements
- Experience in case management from customer queries and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems affecting customer systems or applications.
- Strong technical skills and being technically sharp to understand and troubleshoot energy management applications.
- Natural inquisitiveness and a continuous learner mindset to adapt and grow in a highly agile software development environment and in building real-world projects with physical infrastructure.
- People-oriented approach with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Responsibility for managing customer cases and requests, including marshalling requests to development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.
