Job Description
The role involves leading strategic relationships with major utility and energy clients, acting as a senior partner to C-level stakeholders, ensuring value realization from products, managing escalations, and driving growth and revenue in a technology-driven, sustainable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level
- Engage proactively with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust
- Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models
- Manage critical client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
- Manage commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
- Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust.
- Experience ensuring clients get full value from products and operating models, and connecting technology, cultural transformation, and client needs.
- Experience managing client escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
- Ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver on new business development and revenue targets.
- Experience identifying and shaping early-stage growth opportunities across a client portfolio.
- Strong communication skills to serve as a senior strategic partner and work hands-on with clients.
- Ability to work in a role that involves high-impact responsibilities at the intersection of technology, transformation, and sustainability.
- Demonstrated experience in the energy or utility sector (implied by client base and industry focus).
