Job Description

The role involves leading strategic relationships with major utility and energy clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's innovative energy technology solutions, managing escalations, and driving business growth at the intersection of technology, transformation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level
  • Engage in day-to-day interactions to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust
  • Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models
  • Manage critical client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Manage commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement with clients to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust.
  • Experience in managing escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
  • Ability to connect the dots between technology, cultural transformation approaches, and client needs to ensure clients get full value from products and operating models.
  • Experience in managing commercial relationships and delivering to new business development and revenue targets.
  • Ability to identify and shape early-stage growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic relationships with utility and energy clients in a technology or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry, including renewable generation, smart grids, and utility operations (implied by the role's focus).
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as a senior strategic partner and engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and all client levels.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role that involves executive account leadership and day-to-day engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, including Technical Account Managers and Support, to resolve critical issues.
  • Experience in managing and growing commercial relationships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
