Job Description
The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for managing and delivering operational transformation projects for energy clients by designing cultural programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating workshops to drive business change and technological adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall projects on operational model and cultural change programs for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and deliver cultural transformation initiatives, including leadership development and coaching.
- Create plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful platform deployment.
- Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers.
- Deliver coaching, workshops, and training sessions for clients and leadership development.
- Identify operational needs through analysis and translate findings into actionable programs.
- Work closely with technology teams to support client transformation journeys.
Requirements
- Experience in leading overall projects on operational transformation, including designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery.
- Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver cultural change programmes.
- Proven track record of managing projects related to operations transformation, including creating plans, timelines, and resource allocation for successful deployment.
- Experience in tracking project progress, escalating issues, and resolving blockers effectively.
- Ability to deliver coaching and workshops for training groups and leadership development as part of operational transformation journeys.
- Experience in identifying needs-based operational analysis and translating findings into actionable programmes for client teams.
- Willingness to travel as the role may require travel due to the company's global expansion.
- Comfortable working dynamically in a fast-growing environment where roles may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver projects.
- Excellent time management skills, including planning, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple client demands.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate the Kraken way of thinking, lead meetings, and drive development strategies within your domain.
- Capability to build supporting materials such as slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid project delivery.
- Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change, including explaining concepts repeatedly and adapting programmes based on territory-specific needs.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity and initiative, including a keen eye for detail and enjoyment of self-learning.
- Ability to see through multiple viewpoints, challenge beliefs, and support clients beyond your immediate remit when necessary.
