Job Description

The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for leading operational transformation projects for energy clients by designing and delivering cultural change programs, working closely with technology and client teams to drive business innovation and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on operational model and environment transformation for clients
  • Design and execute cultural change programs in collaboration with clients
  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver Kraken's cultural change initiatives and training
  • Develop plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful deployment
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers
  • Provide coaching and deliver workshops for training and leadership development
  • Collaborate with technology teams and clients to identify operational needs and translate them into programs
  • Support clients through change management with patience and flexibility

Requirements

  • Experience in leading overall projects on operational transformation, including designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver cultural change programmes.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects related to operations transformation and cultural change.
  • Experience in developing and delivering a range of cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development and coaching.
  • Ability to create plans, timelines, and allocate resources required for successful deployment of projects.
  • Experience in tracking project progress, escalating issues, and resolving blockers when they arise.
  • Experience in coaching and delivering workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Ability to identify needs-based operational analysis and translate this into programmes to deliver to client teams.
  • Willingness to travel as the role involves working with clients in different locations, including Japan and potentially other countries.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ambiguity, self-starting, and taking initiative.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively plan time and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the Kraken way of thinking, provide updates on feature developments, lead meetings, and drive development strategy.
  • Ability to build supporting slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid project management and communication.
  • Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change, including explaining concepts repeatedly and adapting programmes as needed.
  • Willingness to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support clients beyond immediate remit when necessary.
