Job Description

The Client Implementation Lead is responsible for managing operational transformation projects, designing cultural change programs, and collaborating with technology and client teams to implement Kraken's energy platform and drive business cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on operating model and cultural change programs for clients.
  • Design and execute cultural transformation initiatives, including leadership development and coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop plans, timelines, and resources for deployment.
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers.
  • Deliver coaching and workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Identify client needs through operational analysis and translate findings into actionable programs.
  • Partner with technology teams and client stakeholders to facilitate operational transformation.
  • Support clients through significant change with patience and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading overall projects on both the operating model (how things are organised and get done) and the operating environment with direct responsibility for coordinating, managing, building, and delivering cultural change programmes alongside clients.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver operational transformation and cultural programmes.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development and coaching.
  • Experience in creating plans, timelines, and resource allocation for successful deployment of projects.
  • Ability to keep track of project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers when they arise.
  • Experience in coaching and delivering workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Ability to identify operational needs through analysis and translate these into actionable programmes for client teams.
  • Willingness to travel as the role involves working with clients in different locations, including international travel.
  • Comfortable working dynamically in a fast-growing, globally expanding environment where roles may take different shapes throughout the week.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to deliver projects effectively.
  • Effective time management skills, including planning, prioritising tasks, and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate the Kraken way of thinking, lead meetings, and drive development strategies.
  • Ability to build supporting materials such as slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid project and strategy development.
  • Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change, including explaining concepts repeatedly and adapting programmes based on territory-specific needs.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and initiative, able to learn independently, trust your instincts, and take proactive actions.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to see through multiple viewpoints, challenge existing beliefs, and support clients beyond your immediate remit when necessary.
