Job Description

The Client Implementation Lead is responsible for leading operational transformation projects, designing cultural change programs, and working closely with clients and internal teams to implement Kraken's energy platform and drive business cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on operating model and cultural change programs for clients
  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver Kraken's cultural transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with technology teams, product managers, and clients to develop and implement cultural programs
  • Design and execute cultural transformation projects, including leadership development and coaching
  • Create plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful deployment
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers
  • Deliver coaching sessions and workshops for training and leadership development
  • Identify client needs through operational analysis and translate insights into actionable programs

Requirements

  • Experience in leading operational transformation projects, including designing and executing cultural change programmes for clients.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing projects by creating plans, timelines, and resource allocations necessary for successful deployment.
  • Experience in coaching and delivering workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Ability to identify client needs through operational analysis and translate these into actionable programmes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as the role may require travel due to the company's global expansion.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate the Kraken way of thinking, provide updates on feature developments, lead meetings, and drive development strategy.
  • Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change, including explaining concepts repeatedly and adapting programmes based on specific needs.
  • Willingness to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support clients beyond the immediate remit when necessary.
  • Self-starter attitude with curiosity and initiative, enjoying self-learning and trying new approaches.
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and deliver projects and client tasks.
