Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of energy management solutions, working closely with technical stakeholders and operational teams to solve complex problems, refine solutions, and ensure successful project implementation within the Australian energy distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders, developers, QA, and solution architects within the Australian energy distribution sector to deliver solutions.
- Understand how Kraken's systems work, identify problems, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities effectively.
- Bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Manage complex customer journeys involving various customer types and end users.
- Coordinate with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver the project roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience working with technical stakeholders including developers, QA, and solution architects within the Australian energy distribution sector.
- Proven experience as a Client Delivery Lead or similar role involving building capability across a business with third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience in delivering complex products and solving complex problems related to energy management or similar industries.
- Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to understand how Kraken works, identify problems, and refine solutions.
- Capability to bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Experience dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
- Understanding of the energy industry, particularly the Australian energy distribution sector, including customer journeys and operational processes.
- Ability to identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to bring all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.
- Experience working in an agile, flat organizational structure.
- Demonstrated understanding of how Kraken’s platform and energy management systems operate.
- Ability to work in a hands-on manner as a delivery lead, actively participating in the delivery process.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and clients.
- Commitment to decision making based on simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency.
