Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements related to billing, finance, and communications for energy industry clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions and support business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing, finance, and communication domains for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform or manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop improvements for clients.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a technology domain related to billing, finance, or communications for client projects, either migrating onto a platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- Ability to work in partnership with both Kraken's technology and operational teams as well as the client to deliver results for the client's project or business needs.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
