Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and prioritizing the operations product roadmap, collaborating with technology and operational teams to solve complex problems, and delivering innovative solutions across multiple customer journeys to enhance client experiences in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and prioritize the operations product roadmap in collaboration with Kraken and client teams
- Work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken and the client to ensure clarity and understanding of the roadmap
- Identify problems within Kraken's operations, refine solutions, and leverage capabilities to improve client experiences
- Bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and implement improvements for clients
- Manage complex customer journeys across multiple customer types and end users
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of the product roadmap by bringing together relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Client Delivery Lead or in a similar role responsible for creating, managing, and prioritising an operations product roadmap to ensure clarity and understanding with both the company and client business.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor within a flat and agile organisation, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
- Proven experience in working in partnership with technology and operational teams at both the company and client sides.
- Deep understanding of how the company's systems and operations work, including the ability to identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Experience dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
- Ability to play a critical role in coordinating and bringing together the right people to deliver the product roadmap.
