Job Description
The Associate Learning Experience Lead is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality training programs and learning experiences for clients, partners, and staff globally, supporting onboarding, professional development, and the creation of engaging learning resources within a collaborative, hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support external client and partner learning programs to ensure engagement, progression, and successful completion of training cohorts
- Schedule and coordinate learning programs for new and existing staff to ensure high-quality onboarding and professional development
- Design and enhance the learner experience within the learning ecosystem, including creating guidance, workshops, and resources
- Enable subject matter experts, product experts, and delivery teams to develop user-friendly learning materials using self-authoring tools
Requirements
- Experience supporting external client and partner learning programs to ensure engagement, progression, and successful completion of training cohorts.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate learning programs for new joiners and existing staff within Client Delivery to ensure they receive clear, consistent, high-quality learning experiences that support their onboarding and professional development success.
- Experience supporting the design of client-facing guidance and localization, creating interactive workshops and resources, and enabling SMEs, product experts, and delivery teams to build simple-to-use learning materials using self-authoring tools.
- Proficiency in translating client needs into clear input for Kraken product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills to support the operational delivery of learning experiences and training programs to clients, partners, and staff globally.
- Ability to support the smooth operational delivery of learning experiences and training programs to clients, partners, and staff globally.
- Experience working within a hybrid Learning & Development operating model, collaborating closely with global Learning Development teams and local subject matter experts.
- Excellent organizational skills to support the coordination of multiple learning programs simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to send CVs in English.
