The Sales Marketing Specialist for DACH is responsible for building a pipeline of chef leads, conducting market research, and increasing demand for Kingfish products through relationship building, lead generation, and event organization within the restaurant and hospitality sector in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through phone calls, social media, emails, and restaurant visits.
Develop and maintain a database of chef leads and create a sales pipeline.
Qualify leads and develop relationships with restaurants and chefs.
Collaborate with distributors' sales and marketing teams to increase demand for Kingfish products.
Organize and assist with special events, tastings, and chef events.
Build and strengthen relationships with chef organizations and industry stakeholders.
Research and identify potential new leads and market opportunities.
Develop knowledge of the company's products and philosophy to support sales efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience and network in the food industry, in a sales capacity, preferably focusing on seafood products to the HORECA channel.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Interest in sustainable food systems.
Ability to represent the Kingfish brand in a professional manner, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with potential customers, clients, and other stakeholders, in German and English.
Advanced user of Microsoft Pack Office.
