Job Description

The Quality Manager will oversee quality assurance processes for energy storage systems, ensuring product reliability, safety, and compliance in a fast-growing company specializing in vanadium flow batteries for grid-scale energy storage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of energy storage products and manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standards
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with quality standards
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management within the energy storage or renewable energy industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes applicable to manufacturing and energy storage systems.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform quality inspections and audits as required, including standing, walking, and handling inspection tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for supplier audits, site inspections, and project support.
