Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst at Highland Electric Fleets will analyze data generated by electric vehicles and chargers to drive business insights and operational improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights that support the company's mission of providing electrification-as-a-service.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise data to drive business insights and operational improvements
- Write SQL and Python scripts to aggregate and process data from multiple sources
- Build dashboards to visualize key metrics across business verticals
- Become a subject matter expert on data systems and quality
- Uncover patterns and identify trends to deliver actionable insights
- Ensure work adheres to best practices for quality, optimization, and reusability
- Deliver contextualized, data-driven analyses and maintain adaptable dashboards
- Break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field, with a focus on analyzing enterprise data.
- Proficiency in writing SQL and Python scripts to aggregate and process data from multiple sources.
- Experience in building dashboards to visualize key metrics across business verticals.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and operational improvements.
- Strong skills in creating KPIs and measurements to solve complex problems.
- Expertise in data systems and quality, with the ability to uncover patterns and identify trends.
- Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business decision-making.
