Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst at Highland Electric Fleets will analyze data generated by electric vehicles and chargers to drive business insights and operational improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights that support the company's mission of providing electrification-as-a-service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze enterprise data to drive business insights and operational improvements
  • Write SQL and Python scripts to aggregate and process data from multiple sources
  • Build dashboards to visualize key metrics across business verticals
  • Become a subject matter expert on data systems and quality
  • Uncover patterns and identify trends to deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure work adheres to best practices for quality, optimization, and reusability
  • Deliver contextualized, data-driven analyses and maintain adaptable dashboards
  • Break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field, with a focus on analyzing enterprise data.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and Python scripts to aggregate and process data from multiple sources.
  • Experience in building dashboards to visualize key metrics across business verticals.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and operational improvements.
  • Strong skills in creating KPIs and measurements to solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in data systems and quality, with the ability to uncover patterns and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business decision-making.
