Job Description
The Servicing Recoveries Specialist supports backend operational processes related to account recovery, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, credit reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant account management within the Servicing Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backend servicing processes in bankruptcy, foreclosure, credit reporting, and compliance functions
- Ensure all servicing processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Legal, Compliance, Billing, and Mortgage Servicing to complete operational workflows
- Maintain data accuracy and regulatory adherence in customer account management
- Support operational compliance and contribute to the department's efficiency and integrity
Requirements
- Support backend servicing processes across key operational areas such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, credit reporting, and compliance functions within the Servicing Operations Department.
- Ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners including Legal, Compliance, Billing, and Mortgage Servicing to complete operational workflows and ensure accurate account servicing.
- Maintain strong organizational, technical, and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate account handling and operational compliance.
- Support the department’s efficiency, compliance posture, and reputation for accuracy through proper account management and operational procedures.
