Job Description
The Senior Product Manager at GoodLeap is responsible for developing and executing innovative product strategies within the Mortgage Lending ecosystem, collaborating across teams to create user-friendly financing solutions that serve millions and support sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative, best-in-class solutions across various platforms in the Mortgage Lending ecosystem.
- Shape the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Mortgage Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to build user-friendly experiences.
- Solve customer needs by developing simple and easy interactions for borrowers and employees.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager responsible for delivering innovative, best-in-class solutions across various platforms in a mortgage lending ecosystem.
- Ability to shape the product roadmap and vision for mortgage lending products and platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Mortgage Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Strong customer focus with a proven track record of solving customer needs and building user-friendly experiences that delight borrowers and employees.
- Ownership mindset with a passion for making the world a better place through world-positive, user-friendly approaches to financing and investing.
- Experience with fintech products that serve millions of people.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that are simple and easy to use.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities, including additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Experience working in a collaborative work culture and thriving in team environments.
- Ability to understand and incorporate compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to mortgage lending and fintech products.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
