Job Description
The Contract Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing and ensuring home improvement contracts uploaded by approved partners are compliant with company guidelines, facilitating the progression of loans to the next stages of funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure home improvement contracts uploaded by approved partners are compliant with GoodLeap guidelines and policies.
- Process contract review cases in the Origin portal to facilitate loan progression to NTP (Notice to Proceed) and funding.
Requirements
- Completing contract review cases in the Origin portal for loans to progress forward to NTP (Notice to Proceed) and funding.
- Reviewing and ensuring home improvement contracts (HIC) uploaded by approved Solar Home Improvement partners are compliant with GoodLeap guidelines and policies.
- Experience in reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ability to accurately assess and verify the compliance of home improvement contracts with relevant standards and policies.
- Attention to detail to ensure contracts meet all necessary requirements before approval.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage contract review cases within specified portals and systems.
