Job Description
A Senior Data Scientist responsible for analyzing data to support business decisions in the Consumer Solutions unit, focusing on improving customer engagement, understanding user experience, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing and cross-sell initiatives related to home improvement financing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Use data to explore business questions and inform decision-making for the Consumer Solutions business unit
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to drive data-driven prioritization decisions
- Build understanding of user experience in the homeowner app
- Measure the success of communications and cross-sell efforts
- Work with the Analytics team on foundational projects to improve data access for analysts and business users
Requirements
- Experience using data to explore business questions and inform decision-making to support a consumer solutions business unit.
- Ability to work closely with product and business leaders to drive data-driven prioritization decisions.
- Proficiency in building understanding of user experience in a homeowner app.
- Skill in measuring the success of communications and cross-sell efforts.
- Technical skills to produce trustworthy, rigorous insights from data.
- Ability to understand questions, pose hypotheses, and analyze data to produce insights.
- Experience collaborating with analytics teams on foundational projects to empower analysts and business users with easier access to data.
