Job Description

The Business Analyst, Process Automation, is responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency using low-code/no-code tools, while collaborating with business leaders and ensuring process optimization.

Requirements

Proficiency in process automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or Workato.

Ability to engage with business leaders to translate process challenges into automation requirements.
Detail-oriented and analytically minded with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Experience in improving operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
