Job Description
A Solar Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial solar systems, including photovoltaic, storage, and off-grid setups, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial photovoltaic, storage, and off-grid solar systems
- Resolve on-site concerns related to solar installations
- Serve as the technical expert for solar system issues
Requirements
- Possess the technical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Residential and Commercial Photovoltaic, Storage, and Off-Grid solar systems on-site.
- Have the ability to resolve concerns related to solar installations in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate the skills necessary to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair solar systems without specified minimum years of experience, but with sufficient technical knowledge to perform the job effectively.
