A Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential solar and related services, with a focus on data-driven optimization and managing digital channels to meet customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the performance and strategy of the paid media portfolio.
Manage digital agency relationships and coordinate testing of new online and offline channels.
Track, analyze, and report on lead volume and advertising budgets.
Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
Optimize campaigns to achieve target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Be the primary accountable for paid lead generation efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing and owning the performance and strategy of paid media campaigns, with a focus on generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation and optimization for a target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation activities.
Experience managing digital agencies and strategically testing new online and offline marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data and metrics related to digital marketing performance.
Experience owning and reporting on lead volume and budget performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to work with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Educational background or experience that qualifies for a professional role in marketing (implied, as salary depends on experience).
