Job Description

A Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential solar and related services, with a focus on data-driven optimization and managing digital channels to meet customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the performance and strategy of the paid media portfolio.
  • Manage digital agency relationships and coordinate testing of new online and offline channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead volume and advertising budgets.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Be the primary accountable for paid lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and owning the performance and strategy of paid media campaigns, with a focus on generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
  • Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation and optimization for a target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation activities.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and strategically testing new online and offline marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data and metrics related to digital marketing performance.
  • Experience owning and reporting on lead volume and budget performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
  • Educational background or experience that qualifies for a professional role in marketing (implied, as salary depends on experience).
