The Payroll Specialist will manage all administrative activities related to payroll processing, including collecting time records, transmitting payments, handling pay deductions, and addressing employee payroll inquiries, primarily working on-site at the Austin, TX headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll and collect time records
Transmit payments and process pay deductions
Calculate weekly and monthly bonus pay
Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll issues and inquiries
Oversee all administrative activities related to payroll
Manage payroll data and ensure accuracy
Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations
Requirements
Experience in overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll, including processing weekly payroll, collecting time records, transmitting payments, processing pay deductions, and calculating weekly and monthly bonus pay.
Ability to serve as the point of contact for employee payroll issues and inquiries.
Proven record of data management experience relevant to payroll or similar administrative functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements related to payroll or administrative workflows.
Physical ability to work on-site at the company's headquarters in Austin, TX.
