Job Description
A Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential solar and related services, with a focus on data-driven optimization and managing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the performance and strategy of the paid media portfolio
- Manage digital agency relationships and coordinate testing of new online and offline channels
- Analyze data to monitor lead volume, budget, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services
- Be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation efforts
Requirements
- Experience in managing and owning the performance and strategy of paid media portfolios, including digital channels, with a focus on generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
- Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation, with a specific focus on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation efforts.
- Experience managing digital agencies and strategically testing new online and offline marketing channels.
- Proficiency in lead volume management and budget reporting related to paid media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of data analysis and metrics to drive results in marketing performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills to report on lead volume, budget, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
