Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the performance and strategy of the paid media portfolio
Manage digital agency relationships and coordinate testing of new online and offline channels
Analyze data to monitor lead volume, budget, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Generate a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services
Be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation efforts
Requirements
Experience in managing and owning the performance and strategy of paid media portfolios, including digital channels, with a focus on generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation, with a specific focus on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation efforts.
Experience managing digital agencies and strategically testing new online and offline marketing channels.
Proficiency in lead volume management and budget reporting related to paid media campaigns.
Deep understanding of data analysis and metrics to drive results in marketing performance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication skills to report on lead volume, budget, and performance metrics.
Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
