The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Freedom Solar Power is responsible for developing and optimizing email, SMS, and website marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value through automation, data analysis, and creative engagement with residential customers in Texas and Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle and retention marketing campaigns.
Manage and transform owned channels (email, SMS, website) into automated engines for conversion and retention.
Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Build, test, and optimize marketing initiatives to drive measurable revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic projects to enhance customer experience across solar power, home backup power, and HVAC products.
Requirements
Experience in developing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle and retention marketing strategies with a focus on driving measurable revenue growth and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Proficiency in managing and transforming owned channels primarily email, SMS, and website into automated engines for conversion and retention.
Ability to analyze data and act as a data analyst to inform marketing strategies and optimizations.
Strong skills in building, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
Experience in working with customer advocacy, creative strategy, and performance marketing.
Ability to report to and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop customer experience strategies for homeowner customers in Texas and Florida.
Experience or knowledge in marketing for solar power, home backup power, and HVAC products is preferred.
Full-time availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a culture of growth and upward mobility.
Educational background or experience sufficient to manage performance marketing responsibilities (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
