Job Description

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Freedom Solar Power is responsible for developing and optimizing email, SMS, and website marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value through automation, data analysis, and creative engagement with residential and commercial solar customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and transform owned channels such as email, SMS, and website into automated engines for conversion and retention.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Build, test, and optimize marketing initiatives to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic projects to enhance customer experience for homeowners in Texas and Florida across solar power, backup power, and HVAC products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lifecycle and retention marketing with a focus on driving measurable revenue growth and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Expertise in managing and transforming owned channels, primarily email, SMS, and website, into automated engines for conversion and retention.
  • Strong skills in building, testing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and act as a customer advocate to improve customer experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic projects related to customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report to the Head of Marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques for email, SMS, and website channels.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Experience in working with homeowner customers in Texas and Florida, specifically in solar power, home backup power, and HVAC products, is preferred.
