Job Description
A sales role focused on educating and advising homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, with responsibilities including in-home consultations, qualifying prospects, and driving sales through a commission-based structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and site conditions
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant who is hungry and passionate about solar energy and sales.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This position is a W-2, full-commission role with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to qualify for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must be able to work in a full-time capacity, as this is a full-time position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (implied by the company's employment practices).
