Job Description
A role focused on building relationships and providing GIS solutions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries, leveraging Esri technology to help customers optimize their operations, identify growth opportunities, and achieve their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to the AEC industry
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers within the AEC sector.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
