Job Description

A Crew Lead Solar Installer is responsible for supervising a team of solar installers to ensure the successful installation of solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a team of solar installers during system installation
Ensure the installation of solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW is completed accurately and efficiently
Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow
Maintain safety standards and quality craftsmanship during installations
Organize and manage installation schedules and resources

Requirements

Experience installing solar systems from 1kW to 30kW, demonstrating advanced installer skills.
Strong communication skills necessary for overseeing and directing a team of solar installers.
Excellent organizational skills required to manage installation tasks and team coordination.
Ability to lead a team effectively during solar system installations.
Willingness to apply and uphold safety standards and procedures during installations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Physical ability to perform installation tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights, as part of the solar installation process.
