Job Description

A sales position focused on educating and advising homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, with responsibilities including customer qualification, consultation, and promoting solar solutions, primarily through in-home visits. The role offers commission-based earnings with significant earning potential and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
  • Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process
  • Meet sales KPIs to achieve earning potential and contribute to company growth

Requirements

  • Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
  • Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
  • Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
  • Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field activities.
  • Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
  • Must be a W-2 employee working full-time in a sales role.
  • Must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate dedication, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Must be willing to work in residential settings and engage with customers in their homes.
