The In-Home Solar Sales Consultant is responsible for educating, qualifying, and advising customers on solar energy solutions, driving sales through in-home consultations, and contributing to a customer-focused, fast-paced sales team in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and site conditions
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average earning range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be willing to work as a W-2 employee in a full-commission position.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate dedication, creativity, and resourcefulness.
Must be able to serve customers throughout their entire solar journey, including marketing, sales, installation, service, and warranty coverage.
