Job Description
A sales role focused on educating and advising customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and site conditions
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This position is a W-2, full-commission role with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
- Once in the field, must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must have the ability to work in a customer-facing, in-home environment, engaging with potential customers directly.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment that emphasizes creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
- Must be willing to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic to achieve sales goals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
