Job Description
A sales role focused on educating and advising residential customers about solar energy solutions, with responsibilities including in-home consultations and closing sales, primarily on a commission basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Close sales and secure customer commitments for solar installations
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and sales.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for the average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must be able to work in a home environment and conduct in-home sales consultations.
- Must have the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
