Job Description
A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Close sales and secure customer commitments for solar installations
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a full-time, W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field responsibilities.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations in the field to be eligible for the average earnings range of $100,000 to $200,000 per year.
- Must be able to work in a home-based environment, conducting in-home consultations with potential customers.
