Job Description
The Senior Manager, QA Architect, is responsible for developing test strategies, designing test cases, and executing manual and automated testing within the digital banking ecosystem to ensure system quality and seamless processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing test strategies for digital banking systems
- Design and create test cases for manual and automated testing
- Perform manual and automated testing across the digital banking ecosystem
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business Units to ensure system quality
Requirements
- Assist in test strategy development, including designing test cases, and perform manual and automated testing across the digital banking ecosystem.
- Work closely with other departments, including Product, Operations, and Business Units, to ensure seamless quality of systems and processes.
- Possess experience in designing and executing test cases for digital banking systems.
- Have the ability to perform both manual and automated testing procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team of quality assurance specialists.
- Work in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work at management discretion, and be able to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with others.
- Be capable of remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Use hands and fingers effectively to operate computers and other office equipment.
- Have visual acuity to utilize a computer monitor effectively.
