Job Description
The Senior Manager, Martech Developer, Digital Banking is responsible for managing and enhancing the bank's marketing technology stack, building customer journeys, developing communication campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and integrating data sources to improve customer experience using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment CDP, and OneTrust.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Digital Bank's Martech Stack
- Build and optimize customer journeys
- Configure and develop email and push notification communications
- Create A/B testing experiments to improve marketing effectiveness
- Construct and connect data sources across the Martech ecosystem
- Implement technical solutions and troubleshoot issues using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment CDP, and OneTrust
- Enhance customer experiences through Martech platform configurations and integrations
Requirements
- Experience in managing and maintaining the Digital Bank's Martech Stack.
- Ability to build and maintain customer journeys within the Martech ecosystem.
- Proficiency in configuring and developing email and push communications.
- Experience in creating A/B testing experiments for marketing campaigns.
- Skill in constructing and connecting data sources across the Martech ecosystem.
- Technical expertise in implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer experiences utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP), and OneTrust Consent Management Platform.
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to leverage technical tools to improve marketing operations.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with team members and stakeholders.
- Physical ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Physical ability to use hands and fingers for operating computers, office machinery, and other technology.
- Proficiency in operating technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work at management discretion.
- Willingness to exhibit flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the standard job description.
