Job Description

A strategic leadership role overseeing Euclid's Services organization, responsible for driving company growth, managing customer relationships, developing new offerings, and aligning cross-functional teams to support the company's mission in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate the strategic direction and vision for the Services organization, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Lead and inspire senior leaders to cultivate a high-performing, accountable culture rooted in company values.
  • Collaborate with Product leadership to inform strategy based on customer needs and market data, and translate high-level strategy into actionable workstreams.
  • Own the P&L and manage existing customer accounts, optimizing revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and support sales in achieving targets.
  • Oversee post-sale customer experience to maximize Net Revenue Retention, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
  • Represent Euclid externally at industry events and with clients, and contribute to thought leadership in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

  • 18 years of experience in total, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within a high-growth B2B environment managing cross-functional revenue teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Services.
  • Expert-level experience in renewable energy, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strategic planning expertise with the ability to translate company-level objectives into actionable functional OKRs across multiple business units.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including skills in pricing strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Experience owning and optimizing the full customer lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to renewal, upsell, and long-term value realization.
  • Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy and execution, including enablement, segmentation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep experience with organizational design and team building, with the ability to scale high-performing, engaged teams and lead through change.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common strategy.
  • Proven track record of championing culture and values, building systems, norms, and rituals that drive engagement, accountability, and consistency.
  • Adept at external representation, confident speaking with customers, representing the company in the market, and contributing to thought leadership efforts.
