Job Description

A Senior Product Manager responsible for developing AI-powered tools to simplify renewable energy workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with customers to enhance the company's platform and accelerate clean energy deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and ship features that enhance the platform based on strategy and customer feedback
Gather and translate user feedback into product improvements and new features
Collaborate with engineering and design to develop product roadmaps that prioritize customer value
Build domain expertise in renewable energy to serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally

Requirements

Five years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment series A to growth.
Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
Curiosity and common sense to ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
Flexibility and openness to adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Empathy for users and teammates to understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
Familiarity with AI experience using, and ideally building, products that leverage AI.
Passion for user research, experimentation, and building best practices into workflows.
Excitement about renewable energy and working at a scrappy startup making a real impact.
