Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for developing AI-powered tools to simplify renewable energy workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with customers to enhance the company's platform and accelerate clean energy deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and ship features that enhance the platform based on strategy and customer feedback
- Gather and translate user feedback into product improvements and new features
- Collaborate with engineering and design to develop product roadmaps that prioritize customer value
- Build domain expertise in renewable energy to serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally
Requirements
- Five years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment series A to growth.
- Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
- Curiosity and common sense to ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
- Flexibility and openness to adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Empathy for users and teammates to understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
- Familiarity with AI experience using, and ideally building, products that leverage AI.
- Passion for user research, experimentation, and building best practices into workflows.
- Excitement about renewable energy and working at a scrappy startup making a real impact.
