Job Description
A strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and developing commercial customer accounts in the renewable energy sector, while establishing scalable sales processes, frameworks, and best practices to shape the future of Euclid's sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales playbooks, processes, and best practices to scale the sales team.
- Own the full sales cycle for commercial accounts, from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Identify and prioritize target commercial accounts and execute strategic business development campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing to design and execute campaigns, content strategies, and lead nurturing efforts.
- Manage client handoffs from sales to delivery, ensuring alignment on scope and expectations.
- Represent Euclid at industry events to build visibility and network within the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years selling professional services or SaaS into renewable energy, infrastructure, or adjacent technical verticals.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy project development and delivery, including permitting, interconnection, procurement, project controls, and financing.
- Proven success in developing and executing account-based sales strategies in partnership with Marketing.
- Track record of building or scaling sales processes and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level, technical, and operational buyers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
