A Business Operations Associate at Euclid is responsible for managing core operational functions such as time tracking, resource management, and data analysis to support company growth, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making in a mission-driven startup focused on renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core business operations including time tracking, utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
Build and own the vendor management process, including onboarding, documentation, and coordination.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data collection, structuring, and analysis for operational insights.
Set up and manage engagement-level tools and reports to track key metrics such as profitability, revenue, and resource forecasting.
Evaluate, implement, and learn new analytics tools and systems to enhance automation and reporting.
Lead ad hoc analytical projects related to pricing, data strategy, AI initiatives, and operational efficiency.
Support day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, monthly close, and reporting.
Support corporate operations such as insurance, legal workstreams, IT, and compliance.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in Operations, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-growth technology or professional services environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail
Highly organized, dependable, and relentless about getting the details right
Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex insights into actionable recommendations
Highly efficient in Excel, with the ability to build and iterate on models to answer real business questions, including proficiency with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
Experience working with financial and operational data and turning messy inputs into clear, decision-ready insights
Comfortable working with and learning data and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar BI platforms, and navigating new systems
Support day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, monthly close, and reporting
Support corporate operations, including insurance, legal workstreams, IT, and compliance
Ability to own and continuously improve core business operations such as time tracking, utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting, ensuring leadership has reliable, decision-ready data
Help build and own the vendor management process, including vendor onboarding, documentation, tracking, and ongoing coordination
Work cross-functionally with Services, Sales, and Product teams to improve data collection, structuring, and analysis, turning ambiguity into scalable, repeatable systems
Set up and manage engagement-level tools and reporting to track key metrics such as engagement profitability, revenue, resource forecasting, and lessons learned, translating raw data into clear insights and recommendations
Help evaluate, implement, and learn new tools and systems with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and scalable reporting
Lead ad hoc analytical projects related to pricing, data strategy, AI initiatives, and operational efficiency
