Job Description
This role involves developing and implementing AI-assisted systems to enhance renewable energy service workflows by integrating domain knowledge, creating prompt and evaluation frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve delivery speed, quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a system for integrating Euclid's knowledge library into AI-assisted features, including content governance and quality controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the knowledge system is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with service workflows.
- Partner with Engineering to develop, test, evaluate, and version prompts for AI features, tracking performance from a renewables perspective.
- Design and improve AI-assisted diligence checklists and review frameworks for services and asset management use cases.
- Identify, catalog, and operationalize workflows that can be enhanced through AI automation within Euclid's platform or using tools like ChatGPT.
- Manage small teams to develop, revise, and test prompts, ensuring reliable and customer-aligned outcomes.
- Translate renewable energy domain knowledge into system requirements, including key concepts, edge cases, and output standards.
- Curate and maintain Euclid’s internal knowledge library, ensuring consistency and trustworthiness of data sources.
- Create evaluation frameworks for AI output quality and iterate based on metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and user satisfaction.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to AI-assisted delivery impact, including time savings, error reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Document best practices for AI-assisted workflows and train internal teams on prompt usage and quality checks.
- Act as an internal advocate for practical AI adoption, balancing innovation with quality, risk management, and customer trust.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in renewable energy, with strong familiarity with services workflows and customer-facing delivery development, diligence, asset management, engineering, analytics, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes.
- Strong track record using AI to improve services-related workflows, and the ability to explain approach to writing, revising, evaluating prompts, and injecting relevant context to produce consistent, useful outputs.
- Specific experience with prompt iteration and evaluation is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to turn messy inputs into clear, scalable standards.
- Highly analytical and structured, comfortable designing evaluation frameworks and working with metrics.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces where best practices are still being defined.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical partners in engineering and data, and able to translate between domain and product technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
