Job Description

The Enterprise Program Manager at Esri is responsible for supporting and executing global enterprise programs across various markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, measure performance, and contribute to business growth through strategic program management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise program execution and develop global enterprise program offerings for Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to achieve sales program objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to support program delivery
  • Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform and adjust enterprise program strategies
  • Define, track, and report key performance metrics, identify risks and issues, and support mitigation efforts to ensure program success
  • Support initiatives that drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and cross-divisional engagement through enterprise programs and sales motions

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in program management, go to market operations, sales operations, or a related role within a mid to large scale software or technology sales organization.
  • Experience supporting enterprise level or cross functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program based selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
