Job Description
This role involves supporting the Training Services team with business operations, financial analysis, and process improvements to enhance profitability and compliance, while collaborating across departments to achieve revenue and product objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Training Services business operations and implement strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial data related to pricing, revenue, and costs to ensure profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports and business performance analysis
- Negotiate and manage agreements with customers, partners, and vendors
- Identify and resolve business-related issues and stakeholder concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes and controls
- Manage Training Services products on the GSA schedule and ensure compliance
- Verify revenue billing and receipt processes
- Lead efforts in contract negotiations and compliance with standards
Requirements
- Support business operations in areas such as revenue accounting and recognition, risk management, contract review and negotiations, and process improvement with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to build consensus with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to use influence to lead people and projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
