Job Description
This role involves developing and managing strategic marketing campaigns within the Natural Resources Sector, focusing on industry-specific outreach, community building, and event execution to meet campaign goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics
- Create campaign assets such as messaging, collateral, and digital content
- Lead and support event messaging and execution within campaign plans
- Manage third-party campaigns, including tradeshows and sponsorships
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of campaign assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent tactical delivery and campaign success
- Track campaign progress, manage activity reports, and analyze ROI
- Provide overall campaign performance insights to managers and industry teams
Requirements
- Five years of marketing experience within business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in related industries.
- Established knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in strong understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes.
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or an appropriate related field.

Base salary range: $86,528 - $140,608 USD
