Job Description
This role involves developing and maintaining productization plans for ArcGIS products, collaborating across teams to ensure successful operational implementation, and providing guidance on licensing, business models, and workflows to support product release and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and operational teams to ensure productization plans are current and accurate
- Create and maintain detailed productization plans covering business models, distribution channels, policies, and license enablement
- Communicate operational strategy across the organization
- Provide domain expertise to ensure successful operational implementation and meet release deadlines
- Work with stakeholders to develop processes and workflows for product release
- Offer post-release guidance on licensing, business rules, policies, and legal terms
- Identify KPIs, evaluate operational performance, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience
- Provide consultative guidance on productization topics
- Present and collaborate with senior management on execution planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a product manager, business operations manager, or in a similar capacity.
- Experience writing technical documents for global audiences, adhering to format and terminology standards.
- Domain knowledge of professional software concepts including product plans, product lifecycle, distribution channels, business licensing models, and terms of use.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time for strategic meetings, events, and/or tradeshows.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, GIS, or a related field.

Base salary range of $95,160 to $157,456 USD
