Job Description
This role involves managing and growing customer relationships in the infrastructure sector by leveraging GIS technology, identifying business opportunities, and providing solutions to optimize organizational operations related to electric, gas, telecom, or rail industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry trends, and key stakeholders
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology
- Execute account management and sales processes to achieve results
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional development activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $72,800 to $131,040 USD
