The Financial Analyst supports the company's financial planning and analysis functions by developing models, analyzing performance, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions, working closely with various departments and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Produce monthly and quarterly performance-to-plan analyses, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Perform ad hoc financial modeling and in-depth analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
Design and deliver management-ready reports, dashboards, and summaries that communicate financial results and trends
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes through automation and data simplification
Partner with non-financial stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence.
Skilled at developing and presenting executive-level communications and data visualization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and display good judgment.
Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
