Support the sales division by reviewing, negotiating, and drafting sales agreements and contracts, while building relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and draft sales agreements, OEM, reselling, and procurement contracts
Collaborate with sales, procurement, marketing, product management, and development teams to ensure agreement alignment with business objectives
Identify and mitigate contractual risks through research and strategic analysis
Provide support and respond promptly to work requests related to agreements and offers
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing contract and pricing information
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of work experience with master purchasing agreements, enterprise programs, proposals, quotes, and or contracts.
At least 1 year of experience with commercial software pricing models, strategy, pricing analysis, and or pricing catalogs.
Knowledge of Esri product models, licensing, and maintenance programs.
Understanding of the software sales process, software licensing, software, intellectual property, and basic contract structures.
Ability to clarify complex business relationships through research and consultation with multiple stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of pricing, reporting, and terms of contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and listening skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly reporting functionality and spreadsheets.
Willingness to travel occasionally up to 10%, with travel needs that may vary based on business requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, or a related field.
