Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for natural resources organizations, with a focus on account management, sales, and customer support within the GIS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Articulate the value of Esri technology related to natural resources
- Execute account management and sales processes for opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of natural resources and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $72,800 to $131,040 USD
