Job Description
This role involves supporting the Accounts Payable or Property Accounting team by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, reconciling vendor statements, and providing excellent communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
- Prepare and process invoice payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers
- Perform 3-way purchase order matching in SAP ERP system
- Reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
Requirements
- One year of experience in accounting support
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use a variety of online systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
